Tension in your team, bullying, arguments at home or feeling lonely. You talk to someone from outside your organisation who is neutral and thinks along with you.
Every question is welcome. Confidential, also for your family.
I dread every meeting with one colleague.
I’m being left out at work and feel smaller every day.
Things have been tense at home for weeks and I take it to work.
Since I started working from home, I hardly talk to anyone.
I don’t dare tell my manager what is bothering me.
My teenager and I only talk in arguments now.
Our approach
How we help
Someone who is neutral
A professional from outside your work listens without taking sides. What you say stays between you.
Conversations that move you forward
Short-term support to set boundaries, prepare a difficult conversation or see a conflict differently.
Support with relationships and family
Help with tension with your partner, children or family, including during a separation.
The way to the right organisation
If it is about bullying or harassment, we explain which steps you can take and who to turn to.
Step by step
How it works
1
Step 1
You get in touch
You call, send a message or use the app. Nobody at work needs to know.
2
Step 2
You tell your story
A professional listens and helps you sort out what is going on and what you want.
3
Step 3
You prepare
Together you rehearse a conversation, find your boundaries or choose a next step.
4
Step 4
We follow up
You look at what has changed. If more is needed, we find further help together.
What is covered
What is included and what isn’t
Included
A first conversation, day and night
Up to 5 or 8 sessions per person, per issue, per year
Explanation of your options in case of bullying or harassment
Legal information on separation or family matters, per topic
Not included
Handling a complaint or investigation at work
Taking sides in a conflict
Long-term couples or family therapy
In Belgium, a formal complaint at work goes through the confidential counsellor or the prevention adviser for psychosocial aspects. We help you prepare that step.
A conflict or bullying situation drains a team’s energy. HR and managers are quickly seen as taking sides, even when they don’t want to. An external partner gives your people a safe place to talk.
