Sound familiar?

Sound familiar?

Every question is welcome. Confidential, also for your family.

  • An employee has changed and I don’t know how to bring it up.
  • Two people in my team no longer speak to each other.
  • Someone told me in confidence that things aren’t going well at home.
  • After an accident at work, the team is shaken.
  • I want to help, but I’m not a psychologist.
  • An employee is returning after a long absence and I want to get it right.

Our approach

How we help

  • Manager Assist

A 30 to 60-minute consultation by phone or video, in your own language, with an experienced professional.

  • A plan of action

You prepare the conversation with your employee and know how to offer the EAP.

  • After a critical incident

Advice on what your team needs now. Rapid on-site or online support is a separate option.

  • A guide for managers

Practical tips to recognise warning signs and start the conversation, for whenever you need them.

Step by step

How it works

  1. Step 1

    You get in touch

You call the EAP and say you are looking for advice as a manager or HR.

  2. Step 2

    You discuss the situation

You describe what you see and what worries you. An expert asks the right questions.

  3. Step 3

    You get a way forward

Together you make an action plan. That can be a conversation, a referral to the EAP or a proposal for extra help.

  4. Step 4

    Your employee chooses

You offer the help. What your employee then discusses with the EAP stays confidential.

An EAP for your staff

For employers

Why it pays off for your organisation

Managers are often the first to see that someone is struggling, but don’t always know what to say. With good advice they feel able to have the conversation and point people to help sooner. That protects the employee and the team.

An EAP for your staff

In your words

Questions managers bring to us

  • How do I approach an employee who is absent more and more often?

  • What do I say when someone comes to me in tears?

  • How do I support a return after burnout?

  • Our team has lost a colleague. What do they need now?

  • How do I deal with a conflict between two team members?

Frequently asked questions

Free and confidential, including for your family. A professional will help you move forward.

Will I hear what my employee discusses with the EAP?

No. What your employee says stays confidential. You get advice about your role, not about their conversations.

Can I require an employee to call?

No, the EAP is voluntary. You can warmly recommend it and explain how it works.

What do I do after a serious incident?

Call us right away for advice on the first hours and days. If your organisation has the critical incident option, a consultation and a plan follow within 30 minutes.

Can a few managers consult together?

Yes. A group consultation about employee questions is possible with up to five participants.
