Prevention
Help works best when it comes early. We make sure your people know help is there, and use it before things go wrong.
- Available 24/7
- In 160 countries
- Personal and confidential
Available 24/7Even when nothing is wrong (yet).
We are also there for the other 96% of your employees.
Prevention is what we care about most. You do not need a problem to come to us, because a question, a doubt or a plan is enough. Think of buying a house, having a child, retiring, caring for a parent or starting a new job. The EAP helps you talk things through and helps to solve them, within what is normal for support through your employer.
The earlier, the lighter.
- A question
- A doubt
- A plan
- A problem
- A crisis
An example: you are thinking about a separationWe help you in every area, from the first question to a clear plan.
What we do
- Mental support: sorting out your thoughts and feelings
- Financial calculation and coaching: what will it cost and is it feasible?
- Legal guidance: what to do and what to avoid, and answers to your first questions
- Support for your family, including talking to your children
What we do not do
- The full legal or court procedure. For that we refer you to a lawyer or notary.
How prevention works in our EAP
Prevention is more than a phone number: help is familiar, close by and available early.
- KnownEveryone knows it is there
Awareness campaigns
Visible all year, not just once.
Knowing help is there
Free, confidential and easy to find.
- Within reachHelp is as close as your phone
Always available
Day and night, including for the family.
Getting started yourself
Self-tests, tools and courses.
- EarlyCatching signals before it weighs heavy
Training
Employees and managers learn to recognise the warning signs.
Seeing early what is going on
Anonymous figures, never about individuals.
That way, a question comes up while it is still small.
Well-being pays for itself
Investing in mental well-being returns more than it costs. We are not the only ones saying so.

Questions about prevention
Prevention in your organisation?
Request your EAP or talk to us about which campaigns and training would suit you.
Does an employee need a problem to get in touch?
No. A question, a doubt or a plan is enough. The sooner someone calls, the lighter the support usually is.
What does Meapy Health do to make the EAP known?
We launch the EAP with an explanation for everyone, provide posters, flyers and messages for intranet and newsletter, and put themes in the spotlight all year round.
Are managers trained too?
Yes. Managers learn to recognise warning signs and start the conversation, and can ask for advice themselves through Manager Assist.
Does the employer see who asks for help?
No. The employer only sees anonymous figures on usage and themes, never for groups smaller than five. We use them to choose the next campaign or training together.
