1. Who we are and who these terms cover

Meapy Health is a brand for Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP), individual Guidance and Learning and Development (L&D). This website is provided by BSJ Invest Lda at the Portuguese address shown below.

These terms cover website use by employees, employers, interested organisations and prospective franchise partners. Het Financieel Huis bv is the contract holder for Belgium; all other countries are managed by BSJ Invest lda. Your quote or agreement identifies the party you contract with.

2. Website use and separate service agreements

You may browse information, use tools and submit enquiries. Visiting the website does not itself entitle you to an EAP, guidance, consultations or training.

Paid services, franchise arrangements, prices, billing, contract duration and termination are governed by the applicable sales terms and specific agreement. These terms do not replace them. Specific service arrangements take precedence in case of conflict, without affecting mandatory statutory rights.

3. Lawful and responsible use

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights and privacy. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate another person without permission or act for an organisation without authority.

Do not distribute malware, send spam, bypass security, seek unauthorised access or disrupt the website. Automated collection of personal data or copying protected content without a legal basis or permission is not allowed.

Access depends on your organisation’s agreement, your eligibility, the selected programme and services available in your country. The website may describe services not included in your programme.

Programme information and your agreement set out consultations, sessions, optional services and guidance. STANDARD and PREMIUM have the same access and response-time arrangements (SLA); PREMIUM does not provide faster access.

7. Confidentiality and your control

Support is external and confidential. Your personal request and conversation content are not shared with HR or your employer. Contact with your employer happens only at your explicit request, after agreeing with you what may be shared.

Where a legal disclosure obligation applies, the professional must comply. Applicable professional confidentiality rules and limits are explained during support. The privacy notice separately describes how this website processes personal data.

8. Forms, requests and consent

Provide accurate contact details and only information needed for your request. Do not submit extensive medical records, identity documents or sensitive information about other people through a general enquiry form.

Forms separately request confirmation that you have read the privacy information and permission to contact you about your request. Consent to request-related contact is not general marketing consent.

An acknowledgement or reference confirms receipt, not acceptance of your request or activation of a service. Contract formation and service commencement follow the applicable ordering process, sales terms and specific confirmation.

9. Intellectual property

Brand names, logos, text, images, design and tools may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Meapy Health or third parties. You may browse the website and download an offered report for personal use or internal organisational assessment.

Publishing, commercial distribution, modification or reuse of protected content requires the rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law. Do not remove copyright notices or imply that Meapy Health endorses your product or organisation without permission.
