The local-storage key meapy-country remembers your chosen country to display the appropriate phone number. It stores a country code, not the content of support conversations.

It has no fixed automatic expiry: it remains until changed or site data is cleared in your browser. Without it, a default country may be displayed.

3. Sign-in and technical operation

Signing in to the restricted administration area may use session storage to keep you signed in. Validity depends on the session and renewal; signing out ends session use. This storage is not for advertising.

Hosting and security services may use necessary cookies or request information. The current code of the public website does not set any advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Hosting-added scripts or cookies also need assessment; this policy does not certify that environment.

4. Consent and optional tracking

Strictly necessary storage for a service you request may be exempt from prior cookie consent. Non-essential analytics or marketing storage must wait for valid consent unless a relevant legal exemption applies.

If these features are introduced, the policy and consent process must be updated before activation. Submitting a form, reading a notice or continuing to browse is not consent to advertising cookies.

5. Browser choices

Your browser lets you inspect, block and delete cookies and site data. Clear this website’s data to remove the country preference; this may also sign you out or reset preferences.

Clearing browser data does not erase enquiries already sent to us. Use the GDPR page to request that.

6. External links

External websites have their own cookie and privacy rules. Opening a link may lead to processing by the provider under their policy. A link does not mean we have given advance permission for tracking by that provider.
