Mental well-being counselling limits apply per participant, per request for help, per year and remain subject to clinical assessment.
Standard allowances apply per topic per year. For Premium, the commercial product description specifies allowances per topic; the applicable reference period follows the employer's agreement.
The legal and financial services provide general, impartial information. They do not include legal representation or personal investment advice. Further services contracted directly with an external provider are paid for separately. Any additional or different services apply only when expressly included in your employer's agreement.
What is included in the core programme?
The four packages share the core services below. Consultation limits and the mental session model differ as shown above.

A clinical assessment followed by short-term, solution-focused counselling by telephone, video or in person as agreed. Immediate first-contact support, scheduled appointments and appropriate referral when longer-term care is needed.

Information on childcare, care for older people, disability support, housing, education, relocation and other everyday concerns. Local availability applies; participants arrange and pay for separately engaged external providers.

Additional counselling sessions
An employer-purchased bank of sessions can extend counselling towards the original short-term goal, after clinical review. An extension is permitted once per case; the extra session maximum equals the purchased 5-session or 8-session model. Unused bank sessions roll over to the following year.
