How we help
A conversation with a legal professional
By phone, up to 30 minutes per topic, in your own language where possible.
Your rights and obligations
You hear what the law says about your situation, without jargon.
Your next step
Afterwards you know whether you can continue yourself, send a letter or should find a lawyer.
When it weighs on you
Is the dispute keeping you awake? You can also talk about that with a professional.

A drawn-out private dispute takes up a lot of headspace. As an employer you cannot give legal advice on it. With the EAP your people get clarity quickly, outside of work.

Frequently asked questions
Want to talk to someone?
Free and confidential, including for your family. A professional will help you move forward.
Can I ask about my employment contract or dismissal?
No, employment law is outside this programme. For that you can turn to your trade union, a lawyer or the relevant government service.
Can the legal professional take over my case?
No. You get explanation and direction, not representation. If you need a lawyer, you’ll know better what to ask after the call.
Do I get more than one consultation?
You get one consultation per topic. If you later have a question on another topic, you can get in touch again.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your employer doesn’t hear that you called, or what it was about.
