Our approach
How we help
Someone on the line right away
Day and night you speak to a professional who listens and works out with you what you need.
Short-term support
Conversations aimed at an achievable goal, by phone, video or in person. In your own language where possible.
Get started online
Online therapy based on cognitive behavioural therapy, plus mindfulness exercises, at your own pace.
The right further support
Need longer-term care? We find a suitable professional together and support you in the meantime.
Step by step
How it works
- Step 1
You get in touch
You call, send a message or use the app. You don’t have to tell anyone at work why.
- Step 2
We listen
A professional looks at your situation and works out with you which help fits.
- Step 3
You get an appointment
If it isn’t urgent, you normally have a first session within five working days.
- Step 4
We look back together
You talk about what helps. If more is needed, we find the next step together.

An EAP for your staffFor employers
For employers
Mental health problems are one of the main causes of long-term absence. With an EAP your people can talk as soon as something starts to weigh on them, not when it is too late. You only see anonymous figures.

Frequently asked questions
Want to talk to someone?
Free and confidential, including for your family. A professional will help you move forward.
Will my employer hear what I say?
No. Your conversations stay confidential. Your employer only receives anonymous figures on usage, never who calls or what about.
Do I need to see my GP first?
No, you can contact us directly. If you need medical care or medication, your GP remains the right person to see.
What if 5 or 8 sessions aren’t enough?
Your counsellor looks at what you need. Sometimes your employer provides extra sessions. Otherwise we find a suitable professional, who may charge a fee.
What if it’s urgent?
You can call day and night and speak to a professional straight away. If your life or someone else’s is in immediate danger, call the emergency services.
